We are happy to share that we have expanded! In order to serve Maharashtra and nearby clients better, we have opened a new branch office in Mumbai in February 2023, with an emphasis on Transaction & Regulatory Advisory Services. The Mumbai branch is headed by our newly appointed Partner Mrs Jagruti Sheth who has 25 years of experience in various sectors. She specialises in Corporate Restructuring, Mergers, Amalgamations, Demergers, Capital Structuring, Valuations, Due Diligence, Private Equity deals, Acquisitions, IPO, Corporate Laws & Exchange Control Regulations.
It is considered the firm’s growth if the leaders grow. CEO of RNM India, Raghu Marwah, was awarded the “Bharat Gaurav Samman” Award on 12 May 2023, during the “Bharat Mahotsav” Festival of One India held at the House of Lords in London, for his achievements and dedicated contribution in the fields of Consultancy, Advisory, M&A and International Tax. Having more than 20 years of professional experience, Raghu had the vision to go global. He focused on expanding the business and started operations in London, UK, in 2021, to cater to start-up businesses and SME clients.
