The Entrepreneur of the Year has been chosen
On 21 November 2019, the University of Warsaw announced the results of its competition. The winner in the Master of Business Category was Paweł Tomczykowski, managing partner of Ożóg Tomczykowski Law Firm.
Paweł Tomczykowski is a graduate of the University of Warsaw from the Faculty of Law and Administration and from the Faculty of Management. He has been managing Ożóg Tomczykowski Law Firm for almost 15 years. Beside managing the company, in his day-to-day work he advises Polish companies on various tax aspects of creating and developing family businesses. He is also the originator and organiser of events dedicated to businesses and business owners in Poland, including Kongres-Biznes360.pl and Kongres-Sukcesja.pl

The “Entrepreneur of the Year” competition is dedicated to students and graduates of the University of Warsaw who introduce innovations, establish and develop their own enterprises, and generally support the social and economic development of Polish enterprise. The organisers of the competition decided to appreciate these activities and to reward the best.
The awards were granted in five categories: Master of Business, Start-up of the Faculty of Management, Start-up of the University of Warsaw, and it innovation of the year social entrepreneur and innovator of the year social entrepreneur. This is the third edition of the competition. It is organised by the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, the University Technology Transfer Centre and the Centre for Entrepreneurship of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.
